Write an easy to achieve list.

Introduction

I know that feeling of wanting to achieve something and then not being able to. This feeling can often lead us to doubt ourselves, but the truth is that by writing lists we can see our progression and how much we have achieved. You will find yourself doing more if you write down what you plan to achieve throughout the day.

You may feel that you are not achieving anything, but this is how you achieve.

You may feel that you are not achieving anything, but this is how you achieve. The more you do the more you will achieve. Writing a list of things that you can achieve helps to keep your mind focused and motivated. If you don't write a list of things that can be ticked off then there is nothing to celebrate when you have achieved them all!

You might feel that you've had a day where nothing has been done, but with lists and diaries you will be able to see your progression and where things are going wrong.

All of this information is great for helping you to understand what it is that you need to do next.

If something goes wrong on a list, then it is easier to work out what happened because you have a record of events.

Trying to remember the things we do only lead us to doubt ourselves, but in my experience they have never been as bad as I remember.

We tend to look back on our past and feel shame for not doing the things we wanted to do. We make ourselves feel worse than we actually are. If you have a goal, it is important that you set small goals for yourself so that you can achieve them and feel accomplished. For example, if your goal was to read more books in a month, then try reading one chapter per day. Or if your goal was to drop two pounds before Christmas Eve (which is tomorrow), then try walking around the block twice or cutting down on desserts by half of what you usually eat during the day.

Once these small goals are achieved, it will increase your confidence level which will lead up until achieving larger ones without feeling overwhelmed or discouraged from doing so!

Writing small lists of things you can easily achieve throughout the day is an effective way to motivate yourself and spur yourself on

Writing down your goals is an extremely effective way to stay motivated. By writing down your goals, you’re more likely to achieve them because writing something down commits you to it. When there is a physical record of what you want, it becomes harder to ignore or forget. Writing down your goals also helps keep track of where you are in relation to achieving them, which can help prevent procrastination or feeling lost about how close/far from completing a goal might be.

For example: Let’s say that one of your major life goals is learning another language and practicing every day for half an hour but currently do not have enough time for it each day because all of your other commitments take up most of the hours in the day until bedtime at night (and then there's homework). Writing down this goal could help motivate me by reminding me that although I can't do this task today due to other commitments which demand my attention first thing in the morning before school starts again after summer break ends next week; if I do manage get some time outside those obligations each day during summer break before school starts again then maybe later on when my schedule opens up again later in August I will be able; even just once or twice per week when classes start back up again after Labor Day weekend! So instead getting discouraged by thinking "there's no way possible" every time I see something else coming up on my calendar - seeing instead: "This is why we're doing this!"

Conclusion

We all have to start somewhere, and if you are reading this then I am sure that you want to make a change in your life. This is the best way for me and I know it will work for anyone else who tries it.
