The Champion mindset.
You can't be a champion if you don't have the right mindset. The five mental attributes that all champions have are confidence, discipline, dedication, desire, and focus. These attributes will help you achieve your goals and make sure you stay on track when things get hard!
The first of the five mental attributes is confidence. Confidence is a feeling of self-assurance arising from one's appreciation of one's own abilities or qualities. In order to be a champion you must have the ability to complete each task set before you with a sense of confidence and power.

The second attribute, which is also very important, is discipline. Without discipline, no training or lesson plan will be followed. In order to excel in any aspect of your life you must have a great deal of self-discipline. Self-discipline can mean very different things to different people; but it always comes down to controlling one's emotions and desires. This allows a person to put up with something they do not enjoy or even dislike to accomplish something they feel is more important.
Discipline is vital to success in any aspect of life. Here are two ways that discipline can be defined:
The ability to control one's emotions and desires, even if they are unpleasant or difficult;
A method of imposing order on a person’s behavior and thought processes through training and repetition.
These two definitions are very similar, but there is an important distinction between the two – one definition implies personal growth while the other implies external forces being imposed upon a person. Discipline is about controlling yourself no matter what happens around you, whether it be good or bad. You could have poor discipline if you couldn't handle your emotions or desires after something happened; for example, if someone insults you at work then this would mean that your self-control isn't very strong because all it took was one comment from someone else before their opinion changed yours permanently (or at least temporarily).
The third attribute is dedication. Dedication can be defined as the quality that makes you pursue something passionately or sincerely, or stay loyal to someone or something. In this case dedication will help you work hard when you don't feel like it, and keep going even when you want to give up and quit. You must dedicate yourself fully to your training for that's how champions are made.

The fourth attribute is desire. Desire can be defined as an inclination or an urge; a want for something that gives pleasure and satisfaction. When you desire something strongly enough your mind will push all your boundaries so that you may realize your deepest desire.

It may be hard to understand, but believe me when I say that it’s possible to go beyond what you think are the limits of your body and mind to achieve greatness in whatever field of life you have chosen to pursue.
Conclusion
Competitors are not born champions; they are made. Champions have the ability to conquer their own doubts and fears, as well as others'. They put themselves under extreme pressure in order to succeed at any cost. Champions always strive for excellence in everything they do and never give up until they reach their goals.
