Little drop's of happiness.

Introduction

Happy people are the ones who do what they love. They make time for family, friends and themselves. They find joy in simple things and don't overthink the hardships of life. Here are some ways you can be happy today:

Don't over think.

Try to avoid overthinking. If you can’t do anything, don’t beat yourself up about it. Don't think too much about things that are out of your control, and don't focus on the negative aspects of life.

For example: if someone at work is rude to you, don't dwell on it or let it get you down—it's not worth your time!

Find happiness in the little things.

If you're looking for happiness, look no further than the little things. Take a moment to notice and appreciate the smile of someone you love, or the way that sunlight reflects off of their hair as they walk down the street. You'll be surprised at how much joy these simple moments can bring into your life.

If you're not happy with where you are in life and don't think things will ever get better, it's time for an attitude adjustment! Just because something isn't perfect doesn't mean it can't still bring happiness into your life—so don't let yourself dwell on what could go wrong or complain about how things aren’t going exactly as planned. And don’t expect others to make decisions based on what makes them happiest; everyone has their own path in life which may not be lined up with yours. Instead of comparing yourself to others (and feeling bad about it), try focusing on being your own best friend so that when times get tough there is always someone there who cares enough about themselves enough to comfort them too! Finally never forget: no matter where we come from or what decisions we make along the way - every one deserves respect just like anyone else."

Do more of what makes you happy.

The one thing that will always make you happy is doing what makes you happy. This can be anything from a new hobby, to spending time with friends and family, to a creative project, to learning a new skill. The key is that it has to bring joy into your life and bring more positivity into the world.

If there’s something in your life that doesn’t make you feel good about yourself or others then it’s time for change! Maybe it's an old habit or routine that no longer works for you anymore; maybe it's an unhealthy relationship with someone else; maybe it's even just having too much going on in your life without taking the time out for yourself (myself included). Whatever it may be - take some time today to figure out how this can change so that next week we can talk about how great things are going!

Cherish every moment.

Cherish every moment.

We often get caught up in the busyness of life and forget to enjoy the present. What if you had a different approach? What if you were intentional about cherishing each moment?

What would it be like to really focus on the present moment? What if, instead of thinking about what you need to do next, or what happened yesterday, or what might happen tomorrow—if instead, you focused on right now? If right now was all that mattered? Cherish every step along your journey towards happiness—it's all part of an amazing experience!

Smile, even when you're sad.

The next time you're feeling down, try smiling. It will help lift your spirits and make you feel happier. And if it doesn't work that first time, keep trying until it does!

You might also want to give this a shot if someone else is having a bad day; after all, smiling is contagious! If they smile back at you, then maybe they'll start feeling better too.

If simply smiling isn't enough for you (and why would it be?), then try giving yourself some extra pep in your step by doing something nice for somebody else—the simple act of helping others can make us feel good about ourselves and the world around us.*

Focus on the positive things.

I recently realized that I spend a lot of time focusing on the negative. I’m not talking about taking responsibility for my actions, which is an important part of life, but rather worrying about things that aren’t going to happen or dwelling on the past. While this can be helpful when it comes to preparing yourself for the future, negative thinking is something that many people do. And while we all need to think realistically sometimes, there are better ways to go about this than by constantly worrying and dwelling on things you cannot change or cannot control.

So how can you turn your negativity around? It helps to be kinder towards yourself—and others! In addition, try learning how to love yourself unconditionally and put yourself first once in a while—this will give your happiness levels an instant boost!

So go out and spread your joy, you may inspire someone to bring a smile to their face or their hearts today!

  • Don’t be afraid to be happy!

  • Don’t wait for others to make you happy!

  • Don’t worry about what others think!

  • Let the bad things in your past hold you back, or let them propel you forward towards your goals. It is up to us as individuals whether we allow our experiences from yesterday and today affect our future happiness. We must choose how we want tomorrow to look like, and make it happen.

Conclusion

Now that you know how to be happier, go out and be the best version of yourself. And remember: Happiness isn't always about feeling good—it's about being good.
