don't know which way to turn.
Introduction
I often find myself in a quandary. I'm faced with a problem, but don't know which way to turn. It's simply the classic conflict between my head and my heart. My head is telling me one thing whilst my heart wants something completely different. I need help, but don't know where to turn!
I have a problem which seems to have come out of nowhere
You feel stuck. You don’t know what to do next, and you are looking for someone who does.
It has happened to us all at one time or another, where we find ourselves in a situation that has cropped up and we just don’t know which way to turn. We feel like we are stuck in a rut and cannot see any way out of the situation other than sticking with our current course of action (which may not be right).
This blog is here as a resource for anyone who feels this way, whether they be an individual, couple or family member. It will provide ideas on how best to deal with these situations so that everyone can get back on track again!
it's the classic conflict between my head and my heart
There are two parts of the human mind: the head and the heart. The head thinks, plans, and organizes thoughts logically. The heart feels and loves unconditionally. It can be difficult to decide which one we should follow when making a decision because they are so different from each other in nature—even though they both have the same goal of making us happy!
When you think about it this way, it's clear why people tend to get stuck over decisions that involve their feelings instead of their heads; after all, they're not used to thinking with their hearts! However as any relationship expert will tell you: a balance between these two parts of ourselves is essential for living happily ever after (or at least until "the end").
my head is telling me one thing
You need to make a decision. You have to choose between two options, or two people, or two places, or two things that are both very important to you. But your head is telling you one thing and your heart is telling you another.
whilst my heart wants something completely different
If you’re feeling confused about the direction to take, listen to your heart.
The heart is the seat of emotion, and it can tell you far more than logic or reason ever could. It is also the seat of love and intuition, as well as wisdom. When something feels right in your heart, do it!
When you don't know which way to turn, always listen to your heart
If you don't know which way to turn, always listen to your heart.
Your heart will guide you to the right decision and tell you what is best for you.
It will tell you what is right for you, because it knows what's in your best interests.
Conclusion
Always listen to your heart.
